Tay began their career in the financial services industry at a local credit union, eventually moving to a local bank where they held the position of Chief Compliance Officer & Operations Manager of an independent broker/dealer. Transitioning to Wells Fargo Advisors, Tay has served in various roles such as Registered Client Associate, Administrative Assistant, and Financial Advisor.
Tay holds several licenses including FINRA Series 7, Series 24, Series 66, Series 99, and Series 9/10 investment registrations, as well as insurance licenses in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Texas, and California License #0N12781. Resident State, OR. Their educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a double major in Finance and Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa. In 2021, they obtained the Retirement Income Certified Professional designation.
Active in the community, Tay volunteers with organizations such as New Avenues for Youth, Basic Rights Oregon, Friends of Trees, and SOLVE. They also contribute to teaching banking skills through the non-profit program, Hands on Banking, and have served as the Chapter Chair for the Wells Fargo PRIDE Connection Employee Resource Network board for the Oregon/SW Washington Chapter. Additionally, they are a member of Oregon Pride in Business, Oregon’s LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce.
In their leisure time, Tay enjoys outdoor activities with their spouse, Allison, friends, and family. They enjoy hiking local trails, kayaking, camping trips with their dogs, Red and Sammy, swimming, and reading fiction and non-fiction novels.

Kristin joined Anderson Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network with more than 15 years of insurance, investment, and retail industry experience. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and then managed an eight state Midwest region for Nuveen Investments based in Chicago, IL.
While working in Chicago for Nuveen Investments, William & Blair & Company and in Portland for Black and Company as an Assistant Broker, she developed her desire for educating and assisting individuals as they pursue their financial and retirement goals.
Kristin ensures that our clients’ financial and operational needs are handled accurately and quickly. She handles the daily administration and monitoring of accounts including cash flow management, opening new accounts, updating existing account information, and managing account transfers.
Kristin and her husband stay active, volunteer in their community, love to travel, and play golf. They enjoy visiting family, friends and their two adult sons as much as possible. Charli, their three-year-old Australian Labradoodle, keeps them very busy and constantly learning the fine art of puppy training.
